Thank you.. I have stress issues that affect my heart and it's to high of a possibility with to many unpredictable risks with natural labor. And A c-section isn't any where near pain free. People always forget about the after part lol. again thank you <3
I see the position of you and your medics and it is understandable that C-section is the only way!
I was just asking as the number of C-sections has increased so much over the years as it is quite a trend to go for C-section to have a more easy way out!
I didnīt want to say C-section is pain free at all... but a birth by C-section only lasts about 4 hours in total while a natural birth can last up to 48 hours... but of course you are right about the after-part and healing...
I hope all will go well for you and that you can spend Christmas at home with the family gathering around your newborn!
I know girls who had there babies naturally and it only took an hour with like three pushes. Labor depends upon the person. :]
My water ended up breaking two days early. That was an experience. My c-section lasted about 30 minutes. It hurt. Most moms feel pressure. I felt all but the sharp pain. Then she got stuck. So they had nurse put all her weight on my ribs to push her down more. I ended up needing oxygen. It wasn't easy at all. Then apparently I am allergic to morphine. I gouged my legs scratching it itched so bad. >< It was horrible until I got my cath[ I don't know how to spell it] out and was able to be up and walking and shower. After that as long as I stayed on top of my meds it was awesome. :]
I am all healed now and back to normal. Yay. And I am getting ready to post pictures of my baby girl here in the next couple of days.
I don't mind questions. I like questions. As long as they're not asked out of ignorance like " why the c? and then followed with oh your just being lazy.. " I got that a lot because of my age. It kind of pissed me off.
You are a proud mom now! Hope someone bought good cigars for you!
Of course you are right that some women have luck and only need a few pushes... but most have to work pretty hard for giving birth!
Iīm so sorry you have had such a dramatic experience... that sounds like a horror movie to me... oh man!
But be glad everything turned out that well and that you and your baby Emma are ok!
I donīt think your age should be a a matter... if you are ready for being a mom then you are ready for it!
How old are you please? And what are your future plans? Maybe going back to school/university etc to study? Or have you already made an apprenticeship?
What job do you do and which job do you want to do?
Lol No cigars for me. I did have sparkling grape juice though and that was yummy.
I am 18. And finishing up high school. I am a stay at home mom for the time being. But when Emma gets to be a little bit older I plan on looking for what ever is available. I have scholarships to pay for all of my collage so next fall I'll be attending collage part time so I can become a social worker. Doing it this way is going to take me a bit longer but, hey, I am determined I'll get there one day.
Just to clarify. Emma is an accidental love child. Apparently our protection didn't feel like doing it's job that night. Oh well, she is a blessing and a gift that I love very much.
Is there medical reason you will give birth that way? Or are you afraid of pain?
Anyway Iīm sure all will go well! Donīt become nervous!
Itīs a birth... not a brain surgery!
Best wishes,
Chris
again thank you <3
No need to thank me!
